Astoria Barr

Astoria is a Dru Meditation Teacher Trainer, international meditation teacher and core member of the Dru Australasia team. She has loves to meditate in nature - beside rivers, amongst the trees or on top of a mountain. Astoria has been known to meditate in the rain and even the snow. Plus she has used meditation to help her heal herself and find balance after a life altering car crash.
