Welcome to the world of breath coaching and the incredible power of the breath.


Our combined Breath and Pranayama offering is unique in that it offers a comprehensive approach to breath coaching. In this Level 1 you will become a certified Dru Breath Coach.  Whether you're a yoga teacher, meditation teacher, Ayurvedic practitioner, or someone looking to add breathwork to your coaching or teaching toolkit, this course is perfect for you.


You’ll learn how to: 

  • Use the breath as an activating, balancing, and relaxing tool to help yourself and others manage their nervous system and improve health and well-being 
  • You are taught how to use breathwork as a coaching modality
  • Reduce stress and improve your overall well-being
  • Improve sleep and boost your immune system
  • Balance and improve your mood and energy levels
  • Boost your digestion and improve mental focus

This 11 consecutive day course ensures a well-rounded and comprehensive learning experience, that will help you to integrate the concepts and techniques you are learning into your daily life. You will receive:

  • On-going access to the course materials and resources through our learning platform 
  • 11 pre-recorded self-study lectures, ranging from 20-40mins duration, outlining the science, theory and principles behind the course
  • The opportunity to participate in four 60min live sessions on 18-21-24-28 Oct at 6.30pm AEDT. These are also recorded and placed in the Learning Hub 
  • Live-hosted 30min daily practice sessions for the other 7 days of the course at 6.30pm AEDT
  • Daily access to guided videos of three 5min breathing practices to complete each day, one in the morning upon waking, one anytime during the day, and one in the evening
  • Ability to ask questions throughout the course through our online Question Form, these will be answered by your tutors

Can anyone do this course?

This course is simple, safe, and effective, it is suitable for individuals of any age and health status. 

No prior background in this field is necessary, you are guided step-by-step through everything you need to know to start working professionally in the field of breath coaching. 

This course is also perfect for anyone wishing to develop strategies to manage their own health and well-being. 


Is there any certification associated with this course? 

Yes. You will become a confident, certified Dru Breath Coach. 

Of course gaining this Certification is optional, it is your choice, you may choose to do the course for your own personal benefit.


What do I need to do to acheive certification?

The first step is to complete the course and acheive 100% in the quiz, this is like an open book test and you get as many chnces as you need to acheive the 100%. 

The second step is to submit 3x 5mins videos of you teaching an activating, balancing and relaxing technique which you are taught on the course. These will be marked and if for any reason we feel there are areas needing improvement we will ask you to re-submit.


How much time do I need to set aside for my daily practice?

There are 3 x 5 minute practices per day, one done in the morning upon waking, one anytime during the day, and one in the evening. These practices are designed to help you integrate the concepts and techniques you are learning. 


Other than the daily practice, are their any other expectations of time spent on the course?

There are several very professional and informative videos supplied on the Dru Learning Hub that will really enhance your learning and understanding of the breath and why the techniques work.


How long are the 4 live online zoom sessions?

These sessions are 1 hour each, they are recorded and are in the Dru Learning Hub for you to revisit at your leisure.


What happens if I miss one of the live online sessions?

The recordings of these sessions will be available in the Dru Learning Hub so you can watch it when you can. 


Will I get any guidance about how to coach others about breathwork?

Yes, there are daily opportunities provided throughout the 11 days of the course to practice teaching, allowing you to receive personalized attention and support as you develop your skills. 


Will I learn how to navigate creating a Breath Coaching business?

You will be taught how to set up a business  and given templates to start you on your Breath Coach journey.


Does Dru offer me opportunities to further extend my knowledge and coaching skills within the Breathwork framework?

Once you’re Level 1 certified, you'll qualify to enrol in our level 2 program.  In this more advanced training, you will learn how to guide others on a journey from body consciousness to soul consciousness through the breath. This allows you to become a certified ‘Dru Breath and Pranayama Master Coach’. 


I've already done this course and would love to revisit it and I am now thinking I would like to certify. Is there a discount available as a return customer?

Yes! 

We are offering a 50% discount to people who wish to redo the course just to revisit the practices in the 11 day format.

There is a 20% discount for people who have completed the course, but did not qualify and now wish to go for the certification.
