The doshas
This week will give you a chance to learn all about the main benefits of Ayurveda, and work out your own constitution or dosha from the questionnaire that we have provided for you to fill in.
The 3 doshas (vata, pitta, and kapha) affect you and create your personal constitution. This will help you to understand yourself and which food and exercise is best for you. It will also help you to understand your personality and those of the people around you.
This week we'll also take a fun look at understanding how these doshas interact in your every day life.
